About
Love Letters From Amsterdam (LLFA) is a big room trance DJ and Producer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who has made waves in the electronic dance music scene. Growing up on rhythm games and arcade machines, he began to foster a unique style under the mentorship of J. Anthony Allen and Ternion Sound’s Nostalgia. With a passion for high-energy rhythms and uplifting beats, LLFA has received support from a number of well-known artists, including SHIKI, Sota Fujimori (Konami, Bemani), Forte Escape (Neowiz, DJ Max series), and Azael (Rave Culture), as well as wide-reaching programs such as BPM on SiriusXM.
Since arriving on the scene in 2009, LLFA has performed at a number of local venues, from Ground Zero, Myth and Seven Nightclub to Skyway Theatre and Anime Detour. He has released music in collaboration with Capcom, has worked with artists such as Creep-P, Nostalgia, and super collective, Anison Hijack, learning from each experience and further refining his style with each project. Pulling inspiration from W&W, Mark Sixma, Husman, Tiesto and UMEK, LLFA has blended elements of these influences together into their own unique style, setting them apart from other artists in the big room, trance and techno genres.
